Oscars : quatre récompenses pour le réalisateur sud-coréen Bong Joon Ho avec "Parasite"

Meilleur film et meilleur réalisateur

"Parasite" de Bong Joon Ho est le premier film non-anglophone à être oscarisé. Le film a remporté non seulement le meilleur film, mais aussi le meilleur film international. Le réalisateur sud-coréen, quant à lui, a été récompensé aussi bien pour la meilleure réalisation que pour le meilleur scénario original.

En recevant ses oscars, Bong Joon Ho a déclaré qu’il s’agit d’ :"un grand honneur". Il a ensuite ajouté qu’ : "Ecrire un scénario est un processus solitaire. On n’écrit pas pour représenter son pays et pourtant c’est le premier Oscar de la Corée du Sud", rapporte Le Figaro.
